These terms apply to the nonamesoccer.com website and the Noname Soccer game (browser and desktop versions). The site and the game are published by Halil İbrahim Kalkan as an individual. By using the site or by downloading and playing the game, you accept these terms.
Free to use
The game is free. You may play it, open it in the browser and download the desktop builds for personal, non-commercial use. There are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions.
What you may not do
- Sell or rent the game or the site's content, or make it part of a paid service,
- Redistribute the game elsewhere, modified or not, as your own product,
- Use the site or the download links in a way that disrupts the service (for example, automated bulk requests).
Sharing links to the game and making videos or streams of it is welcome.
Intellectual property
The game, the site design, the images and the trailer belong to Halil İbrahim Kalkan. Team names are original; there are no real clubs, players or leagues. The Volosoft, ABP, ASP.NET Zero, Volobox and DailyTalking marks on the in-game advertising boards belong to their owners. The Russo One and Barlow fonts used on the site are licensed under the SIL Open Font License (OFL). Other third-party sound and font files used in the game remain under their own licenses.
No warranty
The site and the game are provided "as is". There is no warranty that they will run without interruption or errors, or on every device. Performance of the browser version depends on your device and browser.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from your use of the site or the game (for example, data loss or device problems).
Changes and discontinuation
We may change or take down the game, the site and these terms without prior notice. The current terms are always on this page.
Privacy
What data is collected is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
